Important Notice: Please use your original registration email to purchase the Extend, Verify, Flex, Featured Publication, or any other additional services. This should be the same email used by the team leader to register for the competition or the one associated with your membership subscription.
Extend & Verify: the “Extend” and “Verify” services are designed to support participants who need additional assistance during the competition process. The “Extend” service is intended only for those who genuinely require extra time, as we aim to maintain fairness and respect for the original deadlines set for all participants. The “Verify” service provides a formal compliance check to ensure that each submission meets all competition rules and technical requirements. It does not assess the quality, creativity, or merit of the project.
Flex: the “Flex” service allows participants to withdraw from one competition and use their registration as a credit for another within 6 months, offering greater flexibility in managing their participation. The Flex registration is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to others. Coupons not used within their validity period will expire automatically and can no longer be redeemed. Flex can be activated at any time before the competition submission deadline. Activation must be requested exclusively by email at flex@terravivacompetitions.com. Requests sent through other channels may invalidate the process. If multiple withdrawals are needed, additional Flex coupons must be purchased.
Featured Publication: participants with an active Terraviva Membership (Rookie, Master, or Legend) can access the Featured Publication service free of charge. Non-members are required to pay an administrative fee to complete the publication process. Our team will verify each submission and, if all materials are correct, proceed with publication within ten working days. Terraviva is not responsible for incomplete or incorrectly uploaded submissions, which may lead to delays or cancellations.
Project Feedback: with this service, participants will receive a personalised feedback on the evaluation of their projects, delivered within 10 working days from the date of request. The analysis provided is an external outcome and is completely independent from the competition jury and the official evaluation procedure. The feedback is carried out exclusively by Terraviva’s Technical Review Unit, composed of qualified architects and design critics. The analysis provided is purely advisory and does not influence or modify competition results, jury decisions, rankings, or final project outcomes. Users will receive feedback only on the project submitted for the competition specified in the request form. Terraviva is not liable for any decisions or outcomes resulting from the use of the feedback. Project Feedback is non-refundable once the request is made. This service is free for all users with an active Enterprise Plan; please write via email to your personal Terraviva assistant to claim the service.
General Conditions: all prices indicated are exclusive of taxes. A 22% VAT will be applied at the time of payment, in accordance with Italian regulation DPR 633/1972. All optional services — including Extend, Verify, Flex, Featured Publication, Project Feedback, etc. — are considered non-refundable once purchased. By completing the payment, participants acknowledge and accept these conditions in full.
