By uploading a project, competitors declare to be the owners of all rights related to the uploaded material.
By clicking on the upload button, participants immediately formalize their unconditional acceptance of the competition’s program and rules, as well as the final decisions of the jury.
Participants who do not respect deadlines, payments or any other restraint will be automatically excluded from the competition without exception.
All competitors agree to the collection, use and sharing of the provided information under D.lgs. 196 / 30 June 2003. All competitors agree to share such information with the jury committee.
Participants will transfer TerraViva S.L. the rights of exploitation of their work for advertising purposes of the competition and its results. TerraViva S.L. reserves the rights to use the submitted projects for paper or digital publications and exhibitions.
