General Terms & Conditions

• Subscription Access: Grants participation in all TerraViva competitions during the subscription period.
• Subscription Duration: Subscriptions are billed monthly with a minimum commitment of 3, 6, or 12 months, depending on the chosen plan.
• Team Structure: Includes a Team Leader and up to 4 members. The Team Leader must be registered in every project.
• Plan Options: Subscriptions are available for 3, 6, or 12 months, with automatic renewal unless canceled.
• Payment Terms: Payments are monthly, and subscriptions are non-refundable after the initial withdrawal period.
• Termination: Requires a minimum notice of 14 days before the renewal date; otherwise, it auto-renews.
• Right of Withdrawal: Valid within 14 days of purchase unless benefits or projects have been used/submitted.
• Competition Rules: Users must comply with specific competition regulations. Non-compliance may result in penalties or disqualification.
• All prices are exlusive of taxes (22% VAT) as per regulations. The listed prices and benefits are available for a limited time only.
