ARCHITECTURE CO2=0

The master’s program responds to an urgent call aligned with the UN 2030 Agenda, aiming to train professionals capable of designing zero-CO₂ buildings and urban spaces from the very earliest stages of the project.

The title ARCHITECTURE CO₂ = 0 captures its core objective: to provide advanced training that clarifies every aspect of the design and construction process according to Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) principles.

Grounded in life-cycle thinking, the program teaches designers to identify climate-responsible and transparent partners throughout the entire supply chain, thereby ensuring the highest possible level of “climate control” from concept development to construction.

The master’s ultimate goal is to equip participants with the knowledge and tools required to apply, manage, and assess these principles effectively. As part of the program, a one-week international workshop will also take place in September 2026 at the prestigious New York Institute of Technology.

The master program offers all participants an exceptional opportunity to engage in international internships within a network of leading firms across Europe, North America, and Asia.

Among the main partners, ARUP provides internships in several of its European offices—Italy, United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, Denmark, Ireland, and Spain.

The Henoto Group expands this horizon even further, with internship opportunities not only in Italy, but also in the United States (Chicago, Las Vegas, New York) and China (Shanghai).

Additional high-level placements are available at Progetto CMR, Progetto Design & Build, and Sportium. Further opportunities are offered by distinguished studios such as Dontstop Architettura, Manens S.p.A., ReBiennale, Materially, Canducci Group, Habitech, and the Base Bahá’í Foundation in the Philippines.
